Digital and physical items

Items identified as digital downloads are delivered digitally and aren’t sent by post. Physical items are sent by post. All items are handmade, and dispatch time depends on whether an item is premade or made to order.

Dispatch

• Premade items: usually dispatched within 1–3 days.
• Custom items: usually dispatched within 10–14 days.
• Larger made-to-order blankets can take up to 30 days to ship.

These are dispatch timeframes, not delivery estimates. Please allow extra time during busy periods.

Shipping methods and rates

Available options depend on your delivery destination and are shown at checkout.

• United Kingdom — Standard: Free on orders over £50; otherwise £5.99.
• European Union — Standard International: £14.99.
• International — Standard International:£23.99.

Tracking

Tracking details will be shared when they’re available for the shipping service used. If you need help with your parcel, email us at info@crefftauceridwen.com.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email info@crefftauceridwen.com as soon as possible. We may not be able to change the address after an order has shipped.
